Refund Policy

At NeonLux, every neon sign is custom-made to order based on the design, size, and color specifications you provide. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

In the rare event that your sign arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will replace the exact same sign at no additional cost.

We are committed to delivering high-quality, handcrafted neon signs and will always make it right if something goes wrong in transit.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
